Refund policy

 

We do our best to make sure that Tune & Fairweather products are described accurately on the website and delivered in mint condition.

If for some reason, your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect of any kind, please contact our support team at support@tuneandfairweather.com and we will get a replacement out to you immediately free of charge. Please include photos of the damage in your email along with the order number from your original order confirmation.

If, however, you have simply changed your mind about the purchase and wish to return the book, we are able to process a refund (excluding postage) if the item is factory sealed in its original shrink wrap and you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
